Hi,

I'm looking for some advice on users unsubscribing from lists. For example, if a user is on a recipient list and they then unsubscribe from that list (either by category or site), if the list is deleted and re-added, does the user remain unsubscribed?

EPiMail keeps a central "log" separate from the recipient lists where it keeps a record of what e-mail addresses have been unsubscribed (per category and site), so yes in effect the user will remain unsubscribed.
