Weird problem in Manage Recipients

Vote:

I've noticed a weird thing in the Manage Recipients section. If I use the headlines to order the list of recipientscontainers it all seems to work ok but if I after sorting clicks for exampel to show the recipients in the list I get the list from the list that was in that position on the unsorted list.

To clarify this a little more, say I have to listA & listB. Unsorted listA comes first. If I click to sort by date so that listB is first and then clicks to export listB recipients I would get listA recipients instead, same goes for invalid records although hovering this icons gives me the right amount but then the file contains a diffrent amount of invalid records (listA)

Is this an error that someone can reproduce or has experienced?

What you describe sounds like really strange behaviour. Provided that it's reproducible it would seem to be a bug.

Thank you for reporting this, we are looking into it!

Hi Hakan,

Do you have any updates on this issue or at least some approximate date when you will be releasing the next version of EpiMail?

Thank you.

I do not have any solid date at this point, but I do believe a fix will be made available as part of a hotfix for 4.4 SP1 in the relatively near future.

Just a quick update, a fix for this was included in Mail 4.4 SP1 Hotfix 1 which was released some time ago.

Hi Hakan,

We have already updated to that version and it works fine. Thank you for the update though.
