Bug when saving page

When our users saves (or save and publishe) a new page in editmode, the page is not displayed, it is only showing a white page with a json, for examples { "saved":true,"pagelink":1940_1999436" }, and then you have to refresh all browser for the EPiServer UI to work properly.

I can not reproduce it all the time, is this a comon error with Epi?

How can i solve it?
