Restyling workflow pages within CMS

Is it possible to restyle the workflow pages within CMS, e.g. in the Action Panel or the main Workflow tab for a particular page?

I don't think you can plug in styling but you can always have a local copy of the UI-folder and "hack" the master/ascx/aspx-files in there in some appropriate manor. The least obtrusive would probably be to add a link your own stylesheet and just use CSS.
