Hi experts, 

HELP!

I have created a EPiServer project and bind it in IIS.

The problem is when I was trying to open the site in browser, for example, I type in http://localhost:37010,

and it always redirect me to a link http://localhost:37010/Util/login.aspx?ReturnUrl=%2f and it is a EPiServer login page. 

How should I solve this?

Besides, I am a bit confused about the guide about creating templates shown in the below URL

http://world.episerver.com/Documentation/CMS/Get-started/EPiServer-7-CMS/5-Create-your-first-template/

What does this actually mean?
