Setting the default page language

Whenever I create a new page, in Options its Language is "en".

I would like it to be "sv" by default. How can I achieve that?

In Admin/Language settings I've moves swedish to the top before english, I thought that would perhaps solve that.

Navigate to the "Sites" tab (next to "Pages") and select sv as your "working language".
