Replace editor with FCKEditor on IIS 7

We have replaced the editor in CMS R2 with the fckeditor. This works fine in a solution running on IIS 6 but not on IIS 7. Most of the times the fckeditor loads and works correctly but sometimes the editor just renders an error saying "Webbpage cannot be displayed". Has anyone run into this problem and knows how to solve it?

Do you know where you get the error?

A tip is to fire up Fiddler2 and record the http trafic. Look for 404 or 500 responses in the session list and look closer on those requests.
