PagingControl with querystring

I would like to have paging using a control like the PagingControl of a PageList, but i want the displayed page to be shown in the querystring rather than held in the viewstate (to allow search engines to index and link directly to a certain page).

Is there a simple way to accomplish this by extending the PagingControl class? All suggestions welcome! :)

Using EPiServer 4.61.

Hi Magnus.

Take a look at this forum post, http://world.episerver.com/Forum/Pages/Thread.aspx?id=19742&epslanguage=en. I have pasted an example here that will work(the last thread on the first page). I can`t remember if it is EPiServer 5.1 or EPiServer 4.61. But it is almost the same for the two versions.
