Hi,

Has the latest version of Episerver and Commerce Sagepay fully integrated into the system or do we still need to use an external call to Sagepay?

Sagepay is not a builtin payment gateway - we don't even have the 1st party implementation, so it's very likely that you will have to build it yourself, and that will need to call to Sagepay to do business.
