Global block is not saved

Hi,

We having problems saving a Global block if the user is not the System Administrator. We are getting similar issues to the guy in this feed http://world.episerver.com/Forum/Developer-forum/EPiServer-Composer/Thread-Container/2012/9/Global-block-is-not-saved where the Response is <>response>* Error when saving global blockresponse>. If we create a block as the System Admin then the block is saved ok. We have checked the Composer Admin users and the users are all set up correctly.

Any ideas?
